It is important to us that all our products are amazingly made to the utmost of quality standards. However, we understand online shopping can be hit and miss and your item may not end up being what you expected or things slip through the cracks and go belly up…

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you decide you don't love our product, please email us at within 7 days of delivery and we will provide the return address details. The item(s) must be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. 

NOTE: Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered for seconds or clearance items. 

To complete your return, you will have to show proof of purchase, such as an email with your order confirmation details, receipt, or a bank statement showing money has been withdrawn from your account and has been sent to us.

If you email us 14 days after delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return.

The item being returned needs to be in its new, original, unused condition and in the same condition that you received it in. Original courier packaging is not required. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your returned item does not make it to us and gets lost in the mail? Sadly, we are not responsible for lost returns. It is considered your responsibility to make sure returns are packaged and sent via trackable means.

Damn, I have found a manufacturing fault?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products have been sent to you with a manufacturing fault or the unlikely issue your item(s) have been damaged in delivery, please email for a chat, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please inspect your items upon arrival and get in contact with us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the returned item after inspection is approved for having a manufacturers fault, we will replace, repair the item and cover the replacement shipping costs, or offer a full refund. We do reserve the right not to refund, repair or replace any item found to be damaged caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or mistreatment.


Refunds will be actioned within 14 days minus the original shipping fees.

All refunds will be in Australian dollars. If you are an international customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the refund to your local currency.
