It is important to us that all our products are amazingly made to the utmost of quality standards. However, we understand online shopping can be hit and miss and your item may not end up being what you expected, or things slip through the cracks and go belly up…

I changed my mind, what can I do?

14-Day Returns Policy

If you decide you don't love our product, that's ok! Please email us at hello@mummaswear.com.au and we will provide the return address details. You may return your item to us and we will issue you with a refund.

You have 14-days from delivery to return your item(s) to us.

The item(s) being returned must be in it's new, original, unused condition and the same condition that you received it in. Original courier packaging is not required.

 

NOTE: Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered for seconds or clearance items. 

To complete your return, you will have to show proof of purchase, such as an email with your order confirmation details, receipt, or a bank statement showing money has been withdrawn from your account and has been sent to us.

If you email us after 14-days from delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

If your returned item does not make it to us and gets lost in the mail? Sadly, we are not responsible for lost returns. It is considered your responsibility to make sure returns are packaged and sent via trackable means.

We do not offer returns on orders outside of Australia so please choose carefully if you are an international customer.

How does a Refund work?

Refunds are processed once the item(s) have been received at our returns address.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All refunds will be in Australian dollars. If you are an international customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the refund to your local currency.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed and arrive into your bank account.

Damn...I found a manufacturing fault! What should I do?

12 Month Warranty Policy

Mummas Wear products are designed to last, but in the unfortunate case that one of our product(s);

a) has been sent to you with a manufacturing fault that we have missed when packing your order,

b) or the unlikely issue your item(s) have been damaged in delivery,

c) or within 12 months from your purchase date you have found a workmanship or manufacturers fault

Please email us at hello@mummaswear.com.au and include:

- proof of purchase

- description of the fault

- photo or short video of the fault

In some cases the information in your email may not be sufficient and you may be asked to send your faulty product back to us for evaluation. If it is deemed your product has a manufacturing fault upon evaluation then we will reimburse you this shipping cost. 

If we approve that your product has a manufacturers fault, we will either:

- send you a replacement,

- repair the item and cover the shipping costs to deliver the repaired item back to you,

- or offer a refund of the item (not including the original shipping costs). 

We do reserve the right not to refund, repair or replace any item found to be damaged caused by personal wear and tear, accidents or mistreatment. The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Please take care and do not use any harsh chemicals to clean bags, or carry excessive weight in the bags, or put bags in the washing machine.

 

 

To avoid hiccups and disappointment we have provided in depth information about each of our products on their individual pages, included photos, product dimensions, material information, care instructions and features so that you are confident that the product you see online is as close to the real thing as possible.
